Chris Sullivan CPA, has over 22 years of professional accounting experience.  He spent much of his time as a tax specialist with large international accounting firms. Chris has served a wide variety of clients and industries, including both mature and development stage companies. 

He helps clients save tax at different stage of the business life-cycle: at the start or the acquisition of a business, while operating and growing their business, and when they exit from the business and consider estate planning.

Chris Sullivan has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant). Chris has completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course and CPA Canada’s Advanced Tax Issues for the Owner-Managed Business. 

Chris has been as well a tutorial leader for CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course, taught for CPA Nova Scotia, and presented at the Atlantic Tax Conference. Chris is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia, and the Halifax Chamber of Commerce.
