Chris Sullivan CPA, has over 28 years of professional accounting experience.  10 years ago he founded the firm Christopher Sullivan Inc. to focus on the tax and accounting needs of Canadian Controlled Private Corporations and their owners. He spent the first chapter of his career as a tax specialist with large international accounting firms. Chris has served a wide variety of clients and industries, including both mature and development stage companies. 

Chris and his team help clients save tax at different stage of the business life-cycle: at the start or the acquisition of a business, while operating and growing their business, and when they exit from the business and consider retirement and estate planning.

Chris has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant). Chris has completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course and CPA Canada’s Advanced Tax Issues for the Owner-Managed Business. 

Chris has been a tutorial leader for CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course, taught for CPA Nova Scotia, and presented at the Atlantic Tax Conference. Chris is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation and CPA Nova Scotia.
